Kimberly O’Neil is an award-winning Community Capacity Builder and Professor. A nationally recognized Social Impact Consultant, Thought Leader, and advocate, Kimberly has the distinction of serving as the youngest African American city manager in the Country – at Glenarden in the DC Metro area. She founded and is the CEO of Giving Blueprint and also the founder of Cause Studio Nonprofit Startup Capacity-Building Training. Kimberly has been a professor at Tulane University, Indiana Wesleyan University, the University of North Texas at Dallas, and Collin College.
