Cicely Miller is a freelance graphic designer for the Southern University Alumni Federation. An experienced designer and creative genius, she has worked as a web communication editor at Collin College and Marketing and technology coordinator at Baylor University. CIcely studied Mass Communications at Xavier University of Louisiana and arts and technology at The University of Texas at Dallas. Hailing from New Orleans, LA, she attended River Ridge High School and owns Cicely’s Jazzy Art. During the pandemic, Cicely founded The Celebrating Art Contest an initiative that promotes visual art and creates juried art competitions for youth, college students and adults.
