Wokie Daboh is a seasoned Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader with more than 15 years of experience in major organizations including Target, Medtronic, and ESPN. Currently serving as Director of DEI at ESPN, she oversees inclusive talent strategies, employee resource groups, and community engagement. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with certifications from Georgetown, Daboh has been recognized as a “40 Under 40” honoree in Minneapolis/St. Paul. She also founded Project Blackboard to support schools in Liberia. Passionate about representation, Daboh advocates for creating spaces where underrepresented voices, especially Black women, can thrive in sports, media, and corporate environments.
