Vickye Walters is the owner of Little Bow Feet and a 2024 Dorothea N. Hornbuckle Business Entrepreneur Award, presented by the Psi Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority. Born in Paris, TX, she received her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University at Commerce, where she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. She received her Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Prairie View A&M University. After 32 years of teaching, she retired from Dallas ISD. As an entrepreneur, the owner of Little Bow Feet Boutique has custom accessories for the entire family.
