Ulondia Lee is the Baylor DFW West Region VP & Chief Nursing Officer for Baylor All Saints- Fort Worth. She has held similar positions as CNO at HCA Healthcare, Medical City Healthcare, Medical City Healthcare, St Davids Health Care System and HCA- Metropolitan Methodist Hospital. She received her Masters Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Nursing Administration from Grand Canyon University. She is passionate about authentic leadership, mentoring future leaders, and creating healthcare environments where every patient, provider, and team member feels valued and empowered to excel.
