Tracy Brown is a pro when it comes to leadership development, diversity strategy and employee engagement.  The president of Diversity Trends LLC, Tracy is an accomplished speaker and author, she has produced and hosted internet radio programs and the company has provided training to more than 400,000. Having served on the board of several organizations or associations, Tracy co-founded Dallas Dinner Table (Healing Racism One Dinner at a Time) and co-designed the Certificate in Nonprofit  Leadership curriculum sponsored by SMU and the Center for Non Profit Management. The nationally-recognized expert is the author of the book, “Breaking the Barrier of Bias” and four audio programs, including: “motiVersity™: Motivating While Valuing Diversity.”
