Toya Frazier Pinkard hails from Dallas and graduated from David W. Carter High School. She is known as the OFFICIAL Swing Out/Line Dance Entertainer of 35 South Entertainment, “The Swingstress.” Super talented, creative, and full of energy, Toya is the consummate professional who knows how to put a room together. And you should see her on the dance floor! She’s the best and has been instrumental in keeping the era of ‘Swing Dance’ and ‘Chicago Steppin’ alive around the DFW area.
