Tina Mitchell hails from Jackson MS. The 2024 Betty J. Brown 30-Year Service recipient and member of the Psi Chapter. The former Mississippi Ms. NAACP representing the NAACP Youth throughout the state. A graduate of Murrah High School, Tina received her Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s Degree in Procurement from Webster University. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army; serving for more than 23 years. We thank her for her service.
