Shannon Couch is the owner & head of operations and sales at the Creative Couch. Shannon has an impressive 14-year professional career in sales, marketing, and operations. Throughout Shannon’s career, she has worked in Fortune 100 companies where she has been recognized as a top sales performer and awarded the Women of Color – Technology Rising Star. She has enjoyed stints at AT&T and IBM. Shannon received a Communications degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
