A Hampton University alumna with a master’s in Organizational Development from American University, Lyles brings decades of leadership from Fortune 100 companies and nonprofits. She previously held executive roles at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Marriott, where she transitioned from finance to HR, building departments from the ground up. A certified trainer and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Lyles is a trailblazer in workplace culture, leadership development, and strategic organizational change.
