LaDondra Wilson is Vice President of the Dallas Wings and the Executive Director of the Dallas Wings Community Foundation, overseeing the development and implementation of philanthropic strategies and programs that align with the organization’s missions, values, and goals. She received a bachelor’s degree in social work from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a master’s degree in social work and advanced administration from Texas State University. LaDondra has multiple certifications and honors, including the Tarrant County Case Manager of the Year, the 2020 Parkland Health Foundation Community First Award, the Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40, and the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40. She has also volunteered with Big Brother Big Sister and Make-A-Wish North Texas.
