Janaiya Johnson is a seasoned Global People Strategy Senior Leader at Nike, with over 15 years of experience driving transformational change. A Senior Director of DEI and Culture Transformation Strategy, at Spelman College she earned a B.A. in Women’s Studies, cultivating a deep passion for equity and inclusion. She later pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Michigan and Janaiya’s career includes pivotal leadership roles at Accenture as an Organizational Transformation Consultant and at Deloitte as a Human Capital Practice Leader, specializing in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and Health Equity.
