Emily Graham is an executive who serves Omnicom as the Chief Equity & Impact Officer. Emily catapulted Omnicom’s vision to achieve systemic equity across the holding company’s global network. The company has more than 1,500 creative agencies and 5,000 clients. Graham has accomplished much for the corporation, also serving as Senior VP of Diversity & Inclusion Communications. She also leads Omnicom in the engagement of their DE&I story and vision, counseling a variety of Omnicom’s largest clients on DEI matters. Graham was also a part of Black Enterprise 40 under 40 List.
