Dr. Sheila M. Bailey is fondly referred to as “Sheila B.” Hailing from Stamford, CT; this international bible teacher, engager of people, conference speaker and ministry builder for women serves as the Founder and President of Sheila B. Ministries. A member of Concord Church, this mother and grandmother received a B.A. in Christian Education from Bishop College and an Honorary Doctor of Humanities from Dallas Baptist University. A recipient of numerous awards including the Dallas Baptist University’s Women’s Auxiliary Board 2016 Ruth Award and Movement Day Global Cities 2016 Honoree by the NYC Leadership Center for her impact on Christian leaders for the Kingdom; Dr. Bailey is the author of Makeovers with Leftovers and co-authored The Inheritance, a New 40 day Devotional. She is also a contributing writer for Fulfilled: The NIV Devotional Bible for Single Women. Dr. Sheila is nationally recognized as a mentor and an advocate for women in ministry. An honorary council member of the Fellowship of Professional Women, she is a fan of Mickey Mouse and “enjoys traveling the world, writing and ministering to God’s people.”
