Dr. Annetra Piper is a transformational leader in education, service, and publishing. She serves as President of the Houston Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she uplifts the community through impactful initiatives. A retired grants manager for Houston ISD, she has helped secure more than $750 million in funding for schools and nonprofits. She is founder of A. Piper and Associates and Abounding Favor Publishing. Piper holds an Ed.D. from Texas A&M University and an M.A. from Prairie View A&M University. She is a proud member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
