Superb Woman: Dr. Alissa Abdullah

Dr. Alissa Abdullah is the Deputy Chief Security Officer & SVP of Emerging Corporate Security Solutions at Mastercard. Dr. Abdullah has an over 20-year history of exemplary accomplishments in the IT strategy and cybersecurity field, including working with President Obama, as the deputy chief information officer of the White House, she assisted in modernizing the Executive Office of the President’s IT systems with cloud services and virtualization. She also worked for CISO, Xerox, and Stryker in a leadership capacity. Over the Security Solutions team, Dr. Abdullah is responsible for protecting Mastercard’s information assets as well as driving the future of security. She also hosts the Mastering Cyber podcast.
