Delana J. Huling made history as the first woman and person of color to serve as CEO of Baylor Health Care System Credit Union in Dallas, Texas. A graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a B.A. in Communications, she also holds a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Delana set a Baylor record by driving a 120% membership increase during her leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, mother, and sisters, cherishing the family bonds that inspire her success.
