Black Business: Tu Bones BBQ

Meet Michael Prince, the owner of Tu Bones BBQ. Michael learned to cook on the open grill from his grandfather. He is from Tifton, Georgia. The name of his restaurant is named after his grandfather, whose place was called Tu’s Rib Shack. In remembrance of the man who meant the world to him, Michael decided to keep his grandfather’s name famous by naming his BBQ company Tu Bones BBQ. They are located in Frisco.
