Through connection, creativity, and collaboration, the company works to change narratives, elevate Black voices, and create economic opportunities for Black creators. Its team of experts in marketing, public relations, talent, experiences, and creative services brings people together to inspire meaningful conversations and positive change. Dallas is the home of the Black Menswear FlashMob movement. Since 2017, Dallas has impact to be captured primarily in Downtown Dallas, with one taking place at The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (TBAAL).
