Shaniya Moore was born on December 31, 2001 in Little Rock, Arkansas to parents Sherri Goodwin and LuQuinton Moore. She departed this earthly life on February 28, 2023.
Shaniya was a soft spoken, sweet, and gentle kid growing up. Over the years Shaniya grew to love playing volleyball at an early age, she also loved the band One Direction and a variety of other music. Shaniya’s Love for animals led her to want to become a veterinarian, she was most recently working as a Vet tech with animals. Most of all Shaniya loved family. The impact Shaniya had on her family and friends was immeasurable, her presence will live within us forever.
Shaniya leaves behind to honor her memory: her mother, Sherri Goodwin (Deshawn stepfather) and her father, LuQuinton Moore. She leaves behind De’Von, Cameera, and Samari Jackson and a host of other siblings, maternal grandparents, John & Ernestine Goodwin; paternal grandparents, Valerie (Terry) & Lawrence, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
