His passion for music was matched only by his generous spirit; he was a giving person who would selflessly share what he had, often going out of his way to help others.

A true comedian at heart, William had an extraordinary ability to light up a room with laughter. His down-to-earth nature and candid approach to life endeared him to friends and family alike. He was a man of God, devoted to his faith, and embraced the teachings of the Lord throughout his life. Always forthright, he offered advice that was never sugar-coated, displaying a wisdom that stemmed from his rich experiences in life.

In his personal life, William was deeply cherished as a husband of 45 years, a father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. His legacy of love and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

The community will gather to honor William’s life and memory during a viewing on October 10, 2025, from noon to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. Following this, a funeral service will be held on October 11, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM at Greater El Bethel COGIC at 517 Helen St, Garland, TX 75040, concluding at noon.

William Charles Evans leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories filled with music, laughter, love, and faith that will continue to inspire those he touched. He will be profoundly missed but lovingly remembered.
