O’Neal Ford re-elected president of NANBPWC, Inc.

Dr. Terri O’Neal Ford

President and CEO of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. (NANBPWC) Terri O’Neal Ford, Ph.D. was re-elected to her second term during their July 15th national convention in Columbus, Ohio, where they celebrated 90 years of community service across America and the continent of Africa.       

A member of NANBPWC for 27 years, Dr. Ford’s home club is the South Dallas Business and Professional Women’s Club, Inc., and she is a former District Governor of the South-Central District, serving two terms as one of six governors of the Association.  

In her professional capacity, Dr. Ford serves as Assistant to the President at Tarrant County College – Northeast Campus in Hurst, Texas.

She formerly served as Director of Grants Compliance. As a compliance professional, she worked as the Federal Compliance Coordinator at Stephen F. Austin State University, the Compliance Manager at the University of Dallas, and a Compliance Analyst at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. 

Academically, she earned a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington, an M.A. degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University, and a Ph.D. in Family Studies from Texas Woman’s University.

With a four-part mission, NANBPWC is committed to promoting and protecting the interests of African American business and professional women, serving as a bridge for young people seeking to enter business and the professions, improving the quality of life in local and global communities, and fostering good fellowship.
