Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry at St. Philip’s School and Community Center is hosting Cookin’ with Aunt Bette. This live event will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm at Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry, named in honor of Bette Perot, a fierce advocate for hunger relief. The pantry is located at 1502 Pennsylvania Avenue, adjacent to St. Philip’s campus.

The second iteration of this biennial event will include presentations from key ambassadors and stakeholders of Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry; an unveiling of its expansion plans; and a live cooking demonstration and tasting led by Los Angeles-based Chef Gabrielle McBay, an alumnae of St. Philip’s. Special guests Katherine Perot-Reeves of the Perot family and Erica Yeager, Chief External Affairs Officer of North Texas Food Bank are expected to be in attendance
