Dallas, Texas — The Kappa Kamp Leadership Program proudly announced its 30th Anniversary Celebration, marking three decades of developing young leaders of character, discipline, and vision. The 2026 program will be hosted on the campus of Paul Quinn College in Dallas, Texas.
The milestone experience will begin on Sunday, June 1, 2026, with the move-in and Welcome Ceremony. The program closes out on Friday, June 12, 2026.
For 30 years, Kappa Kamp has set a standard for structured leadership development rooted in accountability, academic excellence, and personal responsibility. This year’s program will continue that tradition while preparing students to compete and lead in a modern world that demands innovation and strategic thinking.
30th Anniversary Awards Celebration – June 6, 2026
On Saturday, June 6, 2026, the program will host a special 30th Anniversary Awards Celebration, welcoming founding members, former directors, alumni participants, families, and community supporters. This signature event will honor those who built the foundation of Kappa Kamp and those who have carried the mission forward. We will have a special Family Day Lunch event to highlight the day and close the evening with a concert featuring the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, as they make a stop at Paul Quinn College during their summer concert series.
The day will serve not only as a tribute to the past, but as a call to action—creating new opportunities to strengthen, expand, and sustain the program for the next generation of leaders.

Participants will engage in hands-on instruction, leadership labs, team-building activities, and disciplined physical development designed to sharpen both mind and body. Sports training will emphasize skill development, teamwork, accountability, and safety—particularly around water—reinforcing life-saving awareness and confidence.

The 30th Anniversary year represents more than a celebration—it signals continued growth, expanded partnerships, and a renewed commitment to excellence.
