Iota Phi Lambda – Psi Chapter celebrates Business Month

In addition to the introduction of the new CEO of the African American Museum, and presentation of scholarships, several outstanding community servants and entrepreneurs were honored at the 52nd Annual Business Month Scholarship Awards Program presented by the Psi Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority,

Irish Watson of WOW, If Looks Could Kill Hair Salon, located in downtown Dallas.

In addition to the introduction of the new CEO of the African American Museum, and presentation of scholarships, several outstanding community servants and entrepreneurs were honored at the 52nd Annual Business Month Scholarship Awards Program presented by the Psi Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority,

Known for outstanding programming and volunteer service, the Psi Chapter’s Business Month activity is the “signature program,” according to chapter member and 24th Iota Phi Lambda  National President Charlotte D. Berry.

Berry was in attendance, as were several past honorees and members of regional and national leadership.

“Throughout this month, Psi Chapter also demonstrates its commitment b supporting Black-owned businesses, hosting educational webinars, and cultivating a strong network of entrepreneurs, executives, sand professional,” said Psi Chapter President Beverly Moore.

This year’s honorees were:

Dorethea N. Hornbuckle Business Entrepreneur Award
