Rapper Erica Banks transformed a venue in Dallas into an energetic, pink wonderland recently for a listening party of her new music and her new single Real Rap B**** (Poppin It) which dropped on digital streaming services.

The event in Deep Ellum was part of a series called The Pink Plate Tasting and was previously held in Houston and Atlanta, before ending in her home city. It was an opportunity for fans to get to know the born and raised DeSoto rapper, most known for her song “Buss It,” and hear her new music and reminisce on her old.

The house party atmosphere was a bonding experience for Banks’ friends, family, and top supporters and offered a variety of different food and beverage options for attendees to relax and socialize.

“It involved two things that she loves, cooking and food and making music,” event publicist Amber Brown of Your Media Bae public relations group, said. Every corner of the venue embraced the color pink, creating a dim, Barbie-like atmosphere with steam from the fresh food transforming the venue into a rap oasis with pink balloons, table cloths, banners, and more!
