Karyn D. Martin is the CEO & President of Interprise/Southwest Interior & Space Design Inc., a multi-million-dollar commercial design company in Dallas. A West Virginia State graduate in Computer Science and Business Administration, Karyn started as an assistant and climbed every senior role over 25 years to lead all Southwest commercial interior design. She earned the 2023 Excellence Award, serves on The Real Estate Council’s executive and Diversity committees, and is a licensed insurance broker. Passionate about leadership, she also runs seminars and speaks publicly on professional growth and managing challenging situations.
