Desireé Boykin is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of UNCF, where she has served since 2002. She advises UNCF’s Board, senior staff, and member presidents on higher education law, corporate governance, and compliance. As manager of UNCF’s legacy portfolio, she has helped generate over $67 million in testamentary gifts. Before UNCF, she practiced general civil law. Desireé holds a J.D. and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Howard University. Active in numerous legal and civic organizations, she is a dedicated advocate advancing education and equity for underserved communities.
