Dr. Daberechi Okafor is an education leader with a proven track record of driving school improvement, implementing data-driven strategies, and building strong partnerships with families and communities. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Multi-Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Texas, and a Doctor of Education from Tarleton State University. Her experience includes service as an assistant principal for Garland ISD and a principal at Lancaster ISD. A wife and mother, Dr. Okafor loves children and understands the importance of creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters their growth and development. She is devoted to her students at Houston Elementary School.
