Cherish G. Pipkins is a solution seeker, former principal, motivational speaker, educational consultant, and Executive Director Human Resources at Lancaster ISD. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas. A long-time educator, Cherish was named Teacher of the Year: 2007-2008, and nominated for Teacher of the Year: 2006 – 2007 at Lancaster Elementary School. She Nominated for Teacher of the Year: 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 at Plummer Elementary School. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Cherish is an impressive and endearing leader.
