Black Business: Val’s Cheesecake

Val’s Cheesecakes are dedicated to his mother who passed from Stage 4 Terminal Breast Cancer and was given 6 months to live. With his love and care, she lasted four years. Each Sunday, during those 4 years, was a ritual for us to bake and try desserts. After two years of moonlighting as a baker A opened his first storefront The Shack at 3906 Maple Ave. in Dallas. Check out Val’s Cheesecakes website for all of the services.
