Superb Woman: Kathryn L. McCartney

Kathryn L. McCartney, MS is the Chief Executive Officer at Head Start of Greater Dallas, where she has worked for more than 30 decades starting youth off in the right place from the beginning. She also honed her skills at City Place Child Development Center, Zale Corporation as Director Child Development Center and as a Parent Educator at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received degrees from Texas Woman’s University and American InterContinental University. She is a graduate of the John E, Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA as a Head Start-Johnson and Johnson Management Fellows Program. She just recently served in the Region VI Director/Mentor Program, mentoring new Head Start Directors.
