Jennifer Thompkins is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh. She is widely recognized for her ability to expand programs and drive impactful community engagement, positioning her as the ideal leader to guide the organization into its next chapter. Her honors include the Rising Star Award from Ursinus College (2020) and the Emerging Leader designation from the National Urban League (2021), along with additional accolades from the NAACP and PCEJ C.O.G.I.C. Jennifer has a Master of Arts from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ursinus College. Her affiliations include Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated; the NAACP; and the Harvard Alumni Association.
